Aye, 'twas a harrowing and unsavory passage, those 20 years (mostly summers) working on the back wards (criminal, adolescent, "acute," assaultive, suicidal, escape), filthy work, but someone had to do it.

I suppose you could say that about the Harrison Rhodes novels, but you don't have to read them. Thanks for wading in.
