OK, Rhodes is elusive. But really, with the latest, Rhodes To Morocco, just out, and his sharing a mirthless laugh or two over it--we expected more. Like, perhaps his actual presence, for the launch of Bughouse Blues, November. This critique of the back wards might draw some controversy--he should be around to referee.

But then you realize--with the prevailing political whorehouse, the carnival of our lurid culture, the flaunted illiteracy of it all--why would he show up here? Sigh.
